To reserve a room in the hotel “Nikolaev”, use the form indicated in the block above and get a guaranteed reservation. Specify the date when you plan to occupy the selected number, day of departure, number of rooms, and the number of people who will need to be accommodated. Will you have children with you? Do not forget to specify what age, because we have special offers for you. You may need more than one number, this circumstance should also be indicated in the booking form.

The guest can cancel the reservation for free up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
The guest will be charged the room rate for one night, with cancellation within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.

The hotel has the check-out time at 12-00.
If you wish to release your room after the check-out time (12-00) and until 18-00 inclusive, you will be given the opportunity to pay extra time stay in the room on the following conditions:

you delay for 1-2 hours – pay 10% of the daily cost of the number you occupy;
if departure is postponed for the period from 12-00 to 18-00 hours, 50% of the room rate for one day is paid;
if you are delayed more than 6 hours after the check-out time (12-00), after 18-00, you pay the full cost of the room;
if you leave earlier than the check-in time is at 12.00. For example, You stopped on July 23 at 12.00 and decided to leave on July 24 at 8.00. In this case, you pay the full cost of the room per night;
if you came, for example, July 23 at 12.00 and planned to stay in the hotel until the 25th. The estimated hour, in this case, would be noon on July 25 (two days stay). But the plans have changed, you decided to leave 24 hours later. The pre-paid advance payment, in this case, will be a subject for recalculation, you will receive the rest of the funds without the payment for the first day’s stay.

If you paid a daily living in the room (or for a longer period), but there was a force majeure, you need to leave urgently. Our hotel is ready to make a 100% refund to the client, provided that he stayed in the room for no more than half an hour. Time is counted from the moment the documents are processed. If the guest, having removed the number and settled in it, stayed there for more than 30 minutes, after which there was a need for an urgent departure, then the refund cannot be made.
Also in our hotel, there is the possibility of early arrival, before the estimated time of 12-00 of the current day (from 00-00 hours to 7-00) of the current day, in case of available rooms that would correspond to the declared category, and were prepared for the accommodation of guests. For early check-in, an additional 50% of the room price for one night + the cost of the room.
